The Ambleside is a lovely little English pub, run by Brits, in a former bank in downtown Mt. Kisco. They brew their own beer and have a delicious food menu of traditional British foods. They also run a great British grocery store across the street, the Hamlet, which has a wonderful and rather dangerous selection of UK foods and housewares.

Directions: Mount Kisco is quite easy to reach via the Harlem line out of Grand Central. The journey usually takes about an hour during the day, with the training running about every half hour. The pub is a three-minutes walk from the train station.
